Galina Georgieva, Senior Partner.

Qualified in 2004.  Master of Law, at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria, graduated with honours, holder of three specializations: Jurisdiction, Public Administration, International Law and International relations.  She specialises in Bulgarian Property Law, Commercial, Obligation Law, Labour Law and Family Law. Awarded an internship for Women’s rights at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, USA. Galina  also worked as a senior expert at the Committee of Foreign Relations, Security and Defence at the 39^th National Assembly of Bulgaria, as well as broadening her legal experience working for several projects i.e. the first shopping mall in Sofia, factoring department in Bulbank, Sofia and a Bulgarian-English investor and developer, having its developments in South-West Bulgaria.  Speaks fluent English.

Todor Rachinski, Senior Partner (Varna)

Qualified in 2004. Master of Law, at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria. He is currently an Attorney at law at LGK & Co Law Firm, Varna, Bulgaria.  Specializes in Bulgarian Property Law, Corporation, Commercial and Obligation Law, Administrative Law, Property regulations and Procedures, Succession law. He has provided legal expertise for Biochim Bank, Bulgaria, and works exclusively with blue chip investors in Bulgaria.  Speaks fluent English.

Nadejda Jeleva, Senior Partner (Sofia)

Qualified in 1999. Master of Law, at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria.  Currently an associate partner at a Sofia based Limited Liability Company- Dea consult OOD and a chief legal expert in the 40^th Bulgarian National Assembly.  Specializes in Bulgarian Construction and Investment Law, Corporative, Obligation Law, Commercial and Administrative Law.   Speaks fluent English. 

Krasen Vasilev, Senior Partner (Sofia)

Qualified in 1997. Master of Law, at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria.  He is specialized in Commerce and Corporate Law-acquisitions; mergers; registrations; contracts; Real Estate and Property Law, Tax Law- tax planning, consultancy, litigation of Act of assessments, due diligence of the tax issues; Civil and Administration Law. His experience is enriched by working for the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee, Orel Life Insurance Company, Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Currently he is a Counsellor at the Minister of Economy and Legal and Tax Consultant, (free lancer), providing the complete legal services of the following companies: IMOTI BG ltd -real estate agency; ORT JSC; DENEB JSC; WINSLOW DEVELOPMENTS  LLP. Speaks fluent English & Russian.
